Aaron Nolting has dedicated the past four years to real estate investing, combining financial expertise with hands-on development experience. His background includes financial underwriting at ELK Developments, a co-living developer, and project management at The Durst Organization in New York City — notably at One World Trade Center.
Based in Spokane, Aaron operates a residential land development firm with active projects in Spokane and Bozeman. A graduate of Montana State University with a degree in finance, he previously founded and ran a successful mountain bike business for five years before transitioning to real estate.
As a recent amputee, Aaron is deeply passionate about innovation in the prosthetic industry and is driven by a desire to make a meaningful impact both in his community and globally.

The Millwood Subdivision is a 2-acre, 16-lot residential long plat development located in the established Millwood community, governed by Spokane County. This project includes (15) buildable lots ranging from 4,500–5,000 sq ft and (1) pre-existing home.
One home will be renovated and sold, while another will be demolished to make way for new development.
